SOCO is a master-planned community by Anthem Properties located in South Coquitlam, British Columbia. Spanning a 6-acre site, the development is set to feature over 1,800 homes across seven high-rise towers, complemented by more than 140,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resident amenities, a daycare facility, and 72,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space.

The project is being constructed in multiple phases:

SOCO One: The first phase, comprising a 28-storey south building and a 32-storey north building, is currently under construction. The estimated completion date for SOCO One is 2024.

SOCO Two: The second phase consists of a 28-storey residential building with 228 homes. The estimated completion date for SOCO Two is 2025.
