Mary Anne's Place is an upcoming mixed-use residential community by Placemaker Communities Inc., situated at 2400 Clarke Street in Port Moody's Heritage Conservation area. The development comprises two six-story buildings: a strata condominium and a rental apartment, along with the restored P. Burns and Company heritage building, which will be relocated to the west side of the site, adjacent to Queens Street Plaza.
